We've been here 3 weeks now. I rarely use my GPS anymore. Most of the boxes are empty and the house is almost all the way organized. Pumpkins have been planted (are we super late on that??). Spiders have been killed. "What to do when you come across a coyote" has been googled.
The big question is.. NOW WHAT??
Some ideas:
-make friends
-start a baby storytime group
-go to Seattle
-explore the many national parks around here
-plant stuff in our greenhouse
-find a decent restaurant (there is a Red Robin here so Tony is set)

The Move!
I guess I'll have to stick with you guys anyway...
After much packing, hauling, and tetris style packing of the U-Haul truck... we made it to Silverdale! A big thanks to the great friends and family who helped us out. We seriously had too much stuff to fit in the truck... but our friends loaded up their cars and got our things to our new place. We are definitely blessed with great friends!
One could say we live in the country. We are definitely "out here". Tony has to use a riding lawn mower to mow the lawn and getting groceries requires "going into town". We don't quite know what the heck we are doing in a place like this, but Oliver enjoys the opportunity to wear overalls to fit in.
We've had some nice summer weather here and have enjoyed some sunshine. Here we are chilling on one of our patios and eating fresh blueberry crumble... yum!
Mostly we are loving all of the space that we have here. Oliver can roll all over his room and play to his heart's content.
Here is Oliver sending out his plea for YOU to come and visit. We've got the room and we promise to show you a good time! Hope to see you soon! :)
Family Pictures
Michigan
During the month of June we spent some time in Michigan with my parents.
Highlights include:
-sunshine! walks around the neighborhood and trips to parks
-Jarts! the dangerous version. I lost pretty much every single game.
-Tigers game: the Tigers won, Oliver slept through most of it
-hot tub! turned wayyyyy down so the baby could enjoy

ahem...
We are still alive! We have successfully moved to Silverdale, WA with the help of many friends and family. We are beginning to surface from the rubble of boxes. I promise an update on Friday filled with pictures from June and July.
Since the last post we have traveled to Utah and Michigan to be with my family. We had a great time! We also enjoyed our last weeks in Portland. The past few weeks have been a whirlwind with the move but things are starting to settle down.
Be back soon with pictures!
